I opened my account on a Tuesday evening, deposited £20 with a Visa debit card and saw the money in my balance before the confirmation email reached my inbox. Registration took four minutes. The single document request came later, when I asked for my first withdrawal.
Spins Heaven casino holds a UK Gambling Commission licence, lists around 3,200 games and sends PayPal withdrawals within four hours of approval. Two things irritated me: a 24-hour pending window on every cashout and the absence of a native app.
Licence, Safety and Reputation
The licence number sits in the footer, and I checked it against the Gambling Commission's public register. The operator name, address and licence status matched. Before my first withdrawal, Spins Heaven asked for a passport photo and a council tax bill under its KYC and anti-money-laundering checks, and the support team approved both after 3 hours 40 minutes.
The brand has operated since 2019. Independent forums show a few complaints about slow document checks, which fits my own wait. I found no unresolved payout disputes.
Security and Fair Play
Spins Heaven encrypts all traffic with 256-bit SSL and handles your personal data under UK GDPR. eCOGRA audits the random number generators on the in-house titles. Third-party studios publish RTP figures in each game's info panel, and I compared Book of Dead (96.21%) and Sweet Bonanza (96.48%) against the studios' own published figures. Both matched.
Welcome Bonus and Promotions
New UK accounts receive a 100% match up to £100 on the first deposit and another 100% match up to £100 on the second, plus 50 free spins on Starburst at 10p a spin. The minimum deposit is £10.
Wagering sits at 35x the bonus amount. Deposit £20, take £20 in bonus funds, and you wager £700 before you can withdraw. Slots count 100% towards the total, while roulette and blackjack count 10%. The maximum bet with bonus funds active is £5 a spin, and the bonus expires after 14 days. That deadline is tight if you play two or three evenings a week.
Spins Heaven returns between 5% and 10% of your net slot losses each Monday as cashback, depending on your VIP tier, with 1x wagering. The VIP programme runs through five tiers, and I reached the second after about £400 of wagering.
Game Library
Spins Heaven lists around 3,200 titles. I spent a weekend on Gates of Olympus, Book of Dead and Razor Shark, and each loaded in under three seconds on 4G. Filters sort by provider, volatility and feature but not by RTP, so you open each game's info panel to compare.
Game Categories
- Slots: Around 2,600 titles, including Starburst, Sweet Bonanza, Reactoonz 2, Phoenix Fortune, Big Bass Splash and Chicken Road.
- Table Games: About 120 variants of blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker with RNG dealers.
- Live Dealer: Around 120 tables in HD, covering blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker and game shows.
- Progressive Jackpots: About 40 titles, with Mega Moolah the biggest draw.
- Specialty Games: Scratch cards, keno and bingo rooms with tickets from 10p.
Providers and Jackpots
More than 60 studios supply the library. Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, Microgaming and Evolution cover most of what I played. Mega Moolah showed a £3.4 million jackpot when I logged in on Thursday, and Pragmatic Play's Drops & Wins promotion adds a monthly prize pool to selected slots.
Spins Heaven also hosts a few in-house slots with fixed top prizes. I found them dull next to the network jackpots.
Live Casino
Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live run the tables, and the studio feeds streamed in HD without buffering on my home broadband. On 4G the stream dropped to 720p, which stayed readable. I played Lightning Roulette at 50p a spin for 40 minutes and finished £6 down, a fair price for the entertainment. At 9pm on a Friday I still found a seat at a £1 blackjack table.
| Game Type | Key Features | Providers | Tables | Bet Range | Standout Titles |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Live Blackjack | 21+3 and Perfect Pairs side bets, Bet Behind, live chat | Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live | ~50 | £1 to £5,000 | Speed Blackjack, VIP tables |

Payments and Withdrawals
Deposits start at £10 by Visa or Mastercard debit, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller or Open Banking through Faster Payments. Pay by Phone via Boku works up to £30 a day. Spins Heaven does not accept credit cards, in line with the UK ban.
Withdrawals start at £10 and carry no fee from Spins Heaven. Each cashout waits in a 24-hour pending window where you can reverse it, which irritated me because I never planned to reverse anything. After that, PayPal and Skrill land within four hours, Open Banking within the same day and debit cards in one to three working days. I requested £85 to PayPal at 8pm on Wednesday, and the money arrived at 11:25pm on Thursday. Standard accounts have a £5,000 weekly withdrawal cap.
Mobile Play and Technology
Spins Heaven has no native app. You open the site in Safari or Chrome and add it to your home screen, which gives you an icon and a full-screen layout. Pages loaded in about two seconds on 4G, and your browser's saved credentials let you log in with Face ID or a fingerprint. You get no push notifications, so check the promotions page for offers.
Customer Support
Live chat runs 24 hours a day. A bot answers first, and typing "agent" connects you to a person in about two minutes. I asked about the £5 maximum bet rule and the agent quoted the exact clause from the bonus terms in one reply.
Support Channels
Email replies took five hours on my test message. Spins Heaven has no phone line, so if you prefer to talk through a withdrawal problem, expect to be disappointed.

Spins Heaven Casino Review Verdict
I rate Spins Heaven online casino UK at 4.1 out of 5. Payments and the live casino carry the score. PayPal withdrawals within four hours, a £1 blackjack seat on a Friday night and a clear 35x wagering rule gave me little to argue with. The 24-hour pending window, the 14-day bonus expiry and the missing app cost it points. Upload your ID documents on day one, claim the first half of the match with £10, and test a small withdrawal before you commit more.
